Octocon, the National Irish Science Fiction Convention, is a weekend celebration of our favourite stories from books, comics, TV, films and games; from science fiction, fantasy, horror and beyond; attracting artists, writers, film-makers and fans from across the human sphere of influence.

Octocon is Heading Back to The Gibson Hotel and Online
On October 5th and 6th, we’ll be heading to The Gibson Hotel, located beside the 3 Arena in Dublin 1, with ‘The Point’ Luas stop right outside its front door. At the same time, we’re also headed Online, with items streamed from The Gibson as well as online-only.

- Saturday: from 10am (Opening Ceremony) to 8:30pm
- Saturday night social: from 8:30pm, including the Greater Octocon Table Quiz
- Sunday: 10:30am – 7:30pm (Closing Ceremony begins at 7pm)
